Abstract
The present investigative study, was carried out in the Educational Unit "Manuel Agustín Aguirre" at the initial level, focused on addressing the problems related to learning difficulties in children who have been affected by intrafamily violence and who come from different environments. dysfunctional family members. The main objective was to identify the different patterns of intrafamily violence and establish their connections with difficulties in the learning process. The research was based on a combined quantitative and qualitative approach, using structured questionnaires and observations to collect the necessary data. The results obtained revealed a significant prevalence of both intrafamily violence and dysfunction in the families of the students. Likewise, there is evidence of a clear and substantial relationship between these factors and the difficulties in the learning process. Based on these determinations, an effective protocol was used that offers guidelines to early identify situations of violence and family dysfunction, becoming a valuable tool for educators and parents. In conclusion, this research strongly confirms the negative impact that intrafamily violence and family dysfunction have on the learning process of children. In addition, it highlights the urgent need to implement preventive and corrective strategies to deal with these problems and, in this way, enhance the academic performance of the students who are affected. These results underscore the importance of fostering safe and healthy environments for children's educational and personal development.
