Resumen
La creciente digitalización de los entornos empresariales ha intensificado la necesidad de contar con procesos de toma de decisiones ágiles, capaces de responder con rapidez, precisión y flexibilidad a condiciones cambiantes. Este estudio analiza los principales factores que influyen en la toma de decisiones ágiles dentro de organizaciones digitales y propone un modelo conceptual de estructuras organizacionales adaptativas que potencia la autonomía, la colaboración y el uso estratégico de datos. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cualitativo–descriptivo, mediante revisión sistemática de literatura científica publicada entre 2018 y 2025 en bases de datos internacionales. Los resultados evidencian que la agilidad no depende únicamente de la velocidad, sino de un conjunto de capacidades dinámicas, entre ellas: descentralización, equipos autoorganizados, digitalización de procesos, integración tecnológica y aprendizaje continuo. Se concluye que las estructuras adaptativas son un requisito fundamental para consolidar organizaciones resilientes, innovadoras y competitivas en entornos digitales caracterizados por alta volatilidad e incertidumbre.
