The Scientific Bulletin Ideas & Voices of the Academy is a multidisciplinary, open-access scientific publication edited by the College of Doctors and Researchers of Ibero-America (CODII), Ecuador. The journal aims to promote the dissemination, sharing, and transfer of scientific knowledge through the publication of original research, theoretical reviews, academic essays, and specialized studies in diverse fields of knowledge.

The journal fosters academic dialogue and critical thinking from interdisciplinary perspectives, geared towards strengthening scientific research, innovation, education, technology, social sciences, management, humanities, and other fields related to contemporary scientific and academic development.

The Scientific Bulletin Ideas & Voices of the Academy welcomes national and international contributions from researchers, professors, professionals, graduate students, and members of the scientific community interested in advancing knowledge and generating academic and social impact.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a double-blind peer review process, ensuring objectivity, scientific rigor, editorial ethics, and transparency throughout the publication process.

The journal adopts international standards for scientific publication and best editorial practices, aligned with the principles of editorial ethics promoted by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and other leading international organizations in scientific communication.

The journal publishes articles in Spanish and English on a quarterly, continuous publication basis, accepting manuscripts year-round.
