Abstract

The present research work addresses a contemporary problem that has been identified, specifically the absence of adequate guidance in the field of the sales force. Consequently, it has been considered imperative to stimulate sales growth through distribution strategies that have not been properly considered by the company to date. It should be noted that this issue transcends the simple placement of products at points of sale, since it implies the monitoring of optimal distribution of products to customers. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to design distribution strategies in order to enhance the sales of the GUSTAMÁS company. The type of research carried out in this context is descriptive and non-experimental in nature. In the initial phase of the process, the current problem was examined and the research problem was formulated. From there, an approach based on the scientific method was adopted to carry out the research. To collect data, various techniques were implemented, including the administration of a survey to the company's employees using a Likert scale questionnaire, the use of observation sheets, and conducting interviews with the Manager. The results obtained revealed that all of the respondents consider that the application of Distribution Strategies in the company is of high importance. By virtue of the results obtained in this research, it is confident that the information collected will be useful for the company GUSTAMÁS in the implementation of new strategies aimed at strengthening the sales force through the improvement of its distribution system.
