Abstract

This research work focuses on the analysis of order preparation management and its impact on the sales of the merchandise of the Bemauexpress company. This study adopts a mixed approach that combines observation and survey techniques, covering both qualitative and quantitative aspects. The fundamental objective is to address the identified problems related to the management of order preparation and its influence on merchandise sales. To address this problem, a procedures manual has been developed with the main purpose of organizing and standardizing the times required to carry out the order preparation activity in the Bemauexpress company. Additionally, this manual defines the responsibilities and tasks assigned to the respective positions involved in the order preparation process. The implementation of the procedures manual will not only contribute to a more efficient organization of order preparation, but will also allow for a clear record of sales. This statistical approach will facilitate the generation of reports on the order fulfillment activities carried out daily, as well as their frequency of repetition, which will ultimately provide a more accurate view of the company's performance in terms of sales.
