Abstract

The research work highlights the importance of inspecting inventories and effectively managing costs to achieve satisfactory levels of sales in the pharmaceutical market, examining business difficulties, identifying causes and effects to develop solutions. The company uses marketing strategies and strategic alliances with distributors to reach private hospitals and clinics in various cities. Implement CRM systems to improve customer service and strive to set bottom lines in areas such as warehousing and receiving to reduce costs. The work focuses on inventory management, storage costs and their influence on Red Farmacy Kids sales. The lack of an efficient inventory management system has led to significant losses. The overall goal is to identify and address these issues to improve the company's efficiency and profitability. The methodology used is a mixed approach, collecting qualitative and quantitative data. The study population includes employees of the company Red Farmacy Kids, with a non-probabilistic convenience sample of 4 individuals. The results of the survey and interview reveal challenges in storage management, the lack of inventory control and the need to optimize the location of merchandise in the warehouse. It is proposed to implement an ABC methodology and improve control and organization procedures to reduce storage costs and increase the company's profitability. The Red Farmacy Kids company faces significant challenges in managing inventory and storage costs that impact its sales. Implementation of proposed measures can lead to more efficient management and greater long-term growth.
