Abstract

The investigation took place at Rancho CEYMA, a company in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. Its central purpose was to analyze the impact of the distribution of cattle and pigs on sales. The primary objective was to examine the relationship between said distribution and sales, to propose an improvement strategy in the distribution process. The research adopted a mixed methodological approach, allowing the understanding of distribution processes through the collection and analysis of information. The relevance of this study is based on the possibility of implementing a more effective distribution strategy and the direct impact on the company's productivity and logistics. The data collection methods included surveys of five workers and observations with observation sheets, revealing the lack of a fleet of vehicles for the transport of merchandise and the lack of planning in livestock feeding, factors that affect sales. In conclusion, it is proposed to optimize resources through more rigorous and effective planning.
