This article examines how, digitalization has transformed social intervention, providing new opportunities and presenting challenges for social workers. This article analyzes how the adoption of digital technologies has enhanced the reach and effectiveness of social interventions while posing challenges related to ethics, digital inequality, and professional training. Recent studies are reviewed, and findings on the incorporation of technological tools in social work are presented, highlighting both the benefits and limitations of their use.
