Abstract

The objective of this research project is to determine a logistical operational plan and its impact on quality management in the industrial company "Pintura al Costo" in the city of Santo Domingo. To develop the study, a mixed methodology was applied, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches, with a descriptive and exploratory scope. Through data collection, it was identified that the organization needs to define and improve its quality management processes, with a focus on continuous improvement of the product offered to the end consumer. Furthermore, the need to clearly establish products and services, as well as pricing, delivery times and product quality, becomes evident. This study aims to offer a strategic framework that allows "Pintura al Costo" to optimize its operational logistics, thus ensuring more effective quality management that satisfies market expectations and contributes to the sustainable growth of the company.
