Abstract
It is evident that the English language cannot be understood as a physical or manufactured product, but rather as a system that provides students and the community with the opportunity to communicate efficiently. It is possible to understand that an educational proposal presented here will be considered of quality if it achieves its goals and objectives.
A review is made in each one of the manuscripts with a brief characterization of the problems, respecting the conceptions found, from different points of view, including the existing educational policy in the institutions for its continuous improvement and that will be enriched by the complexities of the environment. ; that has to respond to a series of intervention proposals.
To some extent, professionals related to English language education have been responsible for this scenario. For decades there has been little request for the development of alternatives that improve the process of teaching and learning the English language. This academic text is a compilation of theory sufficient to become a practical, natural, dynamic, continuous and integrated reserve with the expertise of various experts in English language education and management processes in this area of knowledge.
