Abstract
The objective of the research is elaborate a pedagogical accompaniment plan oriented to the professional development of teachers in "Unidad Educativa Fiscmosional Educare", through a quantitative-qualitative methodological approach, descriptive type, supported by research techniques such as classroom observation form and questionnaires applied to teachers and authorities of the Educational Institution. The results show that teachers do not identify the components of the accompaniment plan: planning, implementation and evaluation; on the other hand, the factors that hinder teaching performance are related to the lack of involvement of parents in the teaching and learning processes, and the lack of specialization in specific areas of the teachers. Hence the importance of building the pedagogical accompaniment plan under professional teaching performance standards in relation to the dimensions of administrative management, in the components of institutional organization, pedagogical management, and teaching and learning. It is concluded that the pedagogical accompaniment plan designed by components according to the institutional reality, is significant for school management and professional development that promotes new educational practices where teachers know and apply favorable innovations in pedagogical performance aimed at improving the learning outcomes of students
