Abstract

In the current era in which humanity develops, the usability of Artificial Intelligence emerges every day with different manifestations in all areas, the limits of coverage undoubtedly cannot be established at the moment and there is the objective of this research, the which aims to understand a global approach to regulations of this technology and propose control alternatives specifically in the case that AI alternatives are executed that may affect human beings or their means of sustainability of all types, an analytical methodology is proposed because it allows executing a cognitive process in addition to the synthetic method to summarize the most relevant aspects of an investigative process and serves to narrate the conclusions and triangulation of results, as techniques the documentary review because it allowed us to get an idea of the development and characteristics of the legal processes, the interview which served to know the points of view of professionals in the area, as instruments the inventory of citations attached to the bibliography and the bank of semi-structured questions, it is concluded that several countries and even the European Community have alternatives that regulate the management of AI However, Ecuador still lacks a legal structure that focuses its actions on the regulation and control of this technology. Finally, an outline of the aspects that must be taken into account to regulate the behavior of AI is established.
