Abstract

This article examines the factors that influence business decision-making in times of economic uncertainty. It focuses on identifying tools and strategies that enable senior managers to make informed and appropriate decisions to enhance organizational stability and facilitate business development in crisis contexts. Following a thorough theoretical review, a strategic framework is provided that promotes resilience and adaptability, while underlining the importance of preserving employee well-being and capitalizing on opportunities in difficult times.
